Wendy has practiced Trancendental Meditation, Sahaj Samadi meditation and  Sudarshan Kryia Breath practices for over 35 years. She is a certified in the arts of Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Thrive (Cancer), Prenatal, Kundalini, Therapeutic Yoga Instructor as well as Anatomy Trains Slings Movement.
